Exhibitor Info: Set-Up, Tear Down, Parking, Space ChangesNOTICE: The West Main Street parking lot will not be available at all Friday due to the show that just booked for the weekend, so everyone will have to load in from Door #8 in the rear of the building, to the right of the glassed in security space at the point of the "V". The West Main Street parking lot will be available Saturday morning from 7:30 to 9:30 AM. Set-Up and Tear-Down Set Up is from 12-7 PM on Friday the 29th & 7:30-9:30 AM on Saturday the 30th. You can load in from the Cox St (back) parking lot both Friday and Saturday through loading dock #8. Tear Down is from 6-9 PM on Sunday the 31st - Nothing can be left in the exhibit hall after 9:00 on the 31st. If you must leave something in the building overnight, make arrangements with Melissa Conley with Lexpo (859-233-4567 x 3781) to use space outside of the exhibit hall in the loading dock area. Please do not begin to tear down until 6 PM on Sunday unless I announce over the loudspeaker that it is OK to tear down before then. Security Note: There will be security during Set-up and Tear-down, but that will not discourage a determined or opportunistic thief, so if you cannot afford to lose it, don’t let it out of your sight. Parking Exhibitor Parking will be in the Cox Street Parking Lot – This lot can be accessed from either West Main St via the first left past Heritage Hall heading west (away from downtown), or from Cox Street, which is the 3nd left past Heritage Hall heading west. If you enter Lexington from I-64 via Newtown Pike, Newtown turns into Cox St after you cross W Main St. After crossing W. Main St, turn left into the parking lot with the guard shack before Manchester St.. Exhibitor Space Changes If there are unclaimed exhibitor spaces the week of the Expo, we will consolidate by moving the back wall forward and moving exhibitors forward into any unclaimed spaces. Corner space exhibitors will be kept on corners and every effort will be made to keep others in the same row they originally wanted or as close to their original choice as possible. |
